Don’t you love how his failed attempt to hold back his smile at the end translates into “Well played.”

The US budget is like a 1st grader playing Oregon Trail. Spend all the money on ammunition so you can shoot at stuff, then wonder why your wagon is falling apart and everyone is dying of dysentery.

So what did Republicans get for shutting down the government for 17 days?

Their poll numbers tanked.

Their gubernatorial candidate in Virginia appears headed for defeat in next month’s election.

The business community is rethinking its support.

Veterans and the elderly are ticked off.

And any leverage they ever had to push their goals of reducing the size of government and chipping away at health-care reform is gone.

All in all, it’s been a worthwhile exercise for the GOP.

Todd Kincannon, the ex-South Carolina GOP executive director, is on a brand new racist, sexist, ableist tirade against @Suey_Park on twitter. To see some of the more disgusting tweets he and his followers sent her, you can check out @Suey_Park’s twitter timeline. Be warned though, some of the tweets are truly horrific.

how can a politician even say these things on a public space such as twitter!?!?

Spread this ish so people know how gross he really is.

In case you want another reason to hate Fox News, just look at what Erick Erickson tweeted after the passing of the Texas abortion bill.
